Upgrade to 3 Business Centers and Get the Most Out of Your USANA Business





We’ve made 2013 all about your business. Remember those amazing business enhancements we announced at this year’s International Convention? Of course you do. And since there’s a month left, we still have time to help you maximize their impact on your business.  

From December 2, 2013, to December 27, 2013, we’re giving you the chance to upgrade to 3 Business Centers. This gives you the power to take your business to the next level and get the most out of our recent compensation plan enhancements.

Here’s how it works:

  • If you have already activated Business Center 1: Generate 400 Personal Sale Volume (PSV) points through sales to your customers and personal use by December 27, 2013. To qualify, your order will need to be placed with customer service by calling (001) 801–954–7200.
  • If you never activated Business Center 1: Generate 550 PSV through sales to your customers and personal use by December 27, 2013. To qualify, your order will need to be placed with customer service by calling (001) 801–954–7200.
Please note that all volume will be credited to Business Center 1 and does NOT count toward your minimum volume qualification requirement to remain active. Also, orders made to qualify for the 3 BC Upgrade will not be eligible for Initial Order Rewards or Auto Order discounts.

  Rules
  1. The 3 BC Upgrade is open to all markets except China. Promotion starts Monday, December 2, 2013, and ends Friday, December 27, 2013.
  2. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of USANA, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
  3. Volume cannot be split between Business Centers.
  4. Orders MUST be placed with customer service by calling (001) 801–954–7200.
  5. Orders made to qualify for the 3 BC Upgrade will not be eligible for Initial Order Rewards or Auto Order discounts.
  6. Required volume must come from a single order.
  7. Personal Sales Volume must come from retail products purchased in participating Associates’ home markets. Volume from Out-of-Market and Not-for-Resale (NFR) purchases will not count toward the required volume totals for this promotion.
  8. Any manipulation of this promotion, i.e., sponsorship manipulation, downline purchasing (placing a sales order in a Business Center other than where the sale was generated), etc., will result in disqualification from this promotion, in addition to any sanctions under the Associate Agreement.
  9. Any breach of the Associate Agreement and Policies and Procedures will disqualify the Associate from participation in the 3 Business Center upgrade, in addition to any sanctions under the Associate Agreement.
  10. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the gift winners and the gift winners must authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the gifts to the extent required by law.
  11. No substitution or transfer of gifts permitted. USANA reserves the right to substitute a gift for one of equal or greater value in the event that an advertised gift is unavailable.
  12. USANA is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected online entries or transactions; or for incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete entry information whether caused by a contestant, equipment, or technical malfunction or for any human error, technical error, or malfunctions. USANA reserves the right to halt or modify the promotion at any time during the promotion period if events beyond their control compromise the promotion's fairness or integrity.
  13. USANA, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participating in the promotion, refuse to award points or gifts, and require the return of any gifts if entrant engages in any conduct USANA deems to be improper, unfair, or otherwise adverse to the operation of the promotion or detrimental to other entrants. Such improper conduct includes, but is not limited to, falsifying personal information required during the promotion.
  14. USANA reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the promotion.
  15. This promotion may not be used for any form of gambling.
  16. USANA is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected online entries or transactions; incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete entry information whether caused by a contestant, equipment, or technical malfunction; any human error, technical error, tampering, or malfunction; or any combination thereof. These restrictions include injury or damage to participants' or any other person's computer, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of USANA related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this contest.
