USANA: Vision and Mission

To: All USANA Team Members

In January 2014, in an effort to help everyone build their USANA businesses, we recommended that everyone learn everything possible about the USANA Compensation Plan, i.e., #TYCP” – The Year of the Compensation Plan.

Many of you accepted that challenge, and the growth of your businesses reflect that.

Congratulations to those of you who chose to treat your USANA business as a business in 2014!

However, 2014 is over, and today it’s 2015.

Now what?

At the USANA Diamond Meeting at Home Office last month, USANA Management shared the company’s strategies and four areas of focus for 2015 with USANA’s top leaders.

Those four areas are:

ü  Connection to Dr. Wentz’ VISION

ü  INNOVATION in the areas of Research. Development and Marketing

ü  The continued DEVELOPMENT of Trust and Value between USANA and its Customers and Associates

ü  RECOGNITION of Performance at All Levels.

You will be hearing more about these Areas of Focus in the coming weeks and months. We agree with and support all of them.

To help keep our efforts focused in 2015 consistent with USANA’s initiatives, we are recommending that Associates concentrate on only 2 things in 2015. They are:

ü  Dr. Wentz’ Vision

ü  USANA’s Mission

In case you don’t know what Dr. Wentz’ Vision and USANA’s Mission are, or have forgotten, here they are:

ü  Dr. Wentz’ Vision: "I dream of a world free from pain and suffering. I dream of a world free from disease. The USANA family will be the healthiest family on earth. Share my vision. Love life and live it to its fullest in happiness and health." – Dr. Myron Wentz

ü  USANA’s Mission:To develop and provide the highest quality, science-based health products, distributed internationally through network marketing, creating a rewarding financial  opportunity for our Independent Associates, shareholders, and employees.”

If every USANA Associate keeps Dr. Wentz’ Vision and USANA’s Mission in mind as they build their USANA business, these guiding principles will allow everything to naturally fall into place, including their USANA business growth.

#TYVM = The Year of Vision and Mission

Happy New Year!

Pete and Dora Zdanis
